The idea of the project is to choose between inner personal values and those affected by the external aspects, such as the media, the Internet and social stereotypes.
How to deal with values conflict in modern world? What kind of controversial values do people face? What are the moral dilemmas they solve?
The first part involves getting acquainted with Russian culture. This part includes lectures, excursions and special activities in a talk arrangement aimed to reflect on cultural immersion. The second part includes the curriculum consisting of intensive courses and master classes.
The final work is the joint participants’ performance of the School and students of the Academy. It will be performed in the framework of the Innopraktika and Russian Seasons School Festival in Sevastopol.

Akimo Sandy has arrived at Innopraktika and Russian Seasons School session from Trinidad and Tobago, where he has been practicing ballet, contemporary, Indian classical and Caribbean folk dance for 8 years. Akimo graduated from the University of Trinidad and Tobago majoring in dance, and his skills were highly appreciated at many projects and festivals, including the Caribbean Art Festival CARIFESTA XIV, Tobago Heritage Festival, Metamorphosis Dance Seasons and New York Fashion Week. The dancer also successfully passed the intermediate ballet exam at the Royal Academy of Dance, one of the largest dance organizations in the world.
Alexandra began her professional journey at the Private Conservatory in Košice. Then she went to Denmark to improve her ballet and contemporary dance skills. Now Alexandra is a student at the Academy of Performing Arts (Bratislava), simultaneously studying international relations and diplomacy! In addition, Alexandra has repeatedly taken courses and has participated in masterclasses on dance in various European countries, such as France, Denmark, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and many other.
Amy Lauren Gibson surprises and delights with the diversity of her performing experience: the girl is no stranger to such styles as contemporary dance, jazz, ballet, tap, hip-hop, and modern African dance. Amy likes to take on challenges and is open to anything new. She successfully passed her exams in the International Dance Teachers Association and is now completing her third year of baccalaureate studies in dance at De Montfort University. Amy has already obtained teaching experience in the Academy of Dance, Chesterfield. She has participated in many dance projects and even became a finalist for the Barbara Sharples International Choreographic Award. During our session, Amy expects to immerse herself in a new culture, learn something new, and improve her performance skills. We are looking forward to seeing her achievements!
Davidson born in São Paulo, Brazil, he graduated from the Ana Araújo Ballet Academy and worked at Cisne Negro dance company one of the most highly critiqued and world-class dance companies in Brazil, with international tours to Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile. He later became a soloist at the Luzern Tanz Theater in Switzerland and worked with Europe's demanded contemporary choreographers. Davidson received his master's degree in choreography at the Zürich University of Arts, Switzerland. He has won the highest awards and represented his country at the Youth Grand Prix of America in the United States. Davidson demonstrated his talent in choreography by creating new productions in the Dancemakers Series at the Luzerner Dance Theater, tickets to which sold out completely. In 2016, he left the company to build a career as a choreographer.
Giulia is a choreographer at muZo Dance Theatre company in Italy and a student of the MFA Choreography at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London, UK. She essentially creates choreography for musical films and performances in London, Italy and Spain. Most of these performances are in contemporary style and for dance theaters. Choreography is the language through which she communicates her ideas and feelings to the world. She believes that the body is capable of creating the most direct dialogue, overcoming the boundary between words and their meaning. There are no limits and templates in aesthetics. Ida Manaserian is professionally engaged in ballet and modern dance. She began her ballet training at the age of 12 at the Yerevan State Dance Art College, where she danced roles from classical ballet repertoire and also danced in the works of choreographers like Arik Asaturyan, Hovhannes Divanyan, Arsen Mehrabyan. After graduating the college she got invited to the US/ NC to Artistic motion school of arts to improve her skills as a ballet dancer and also in contemporary dance. Also took a part in Rotary found children's exchange program tour. Since 2019, Ida has been a choreography student of the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinematography. Here the dancer took part in volunteer projects and creating social dance-clips and performances with other students, one of which was to the music of Tigran Hamasyan and honors the role of women in military conflicts. Ida's skill is proved by her achievements and victories at the International Ballet and Contemporary Dance Competition Domenico Modugno, the Tallinn International Ballet Competition, Vienna Art Festival and Global Art.
Iman grew up in a multicultural family and lived in several countries, therefore she often faced contrasting cultures and language barriers. She realized that the movement is a unique way of self-expression and communication between people, and the values of Innopraktika and Russian Seasons School turned out to be very close to her. After studying at ballet schools in Denmark, Iman entered The School of Ballet Theatre UK, where she is already completing her bachelor's degree. Iman is an artistic performer of classical ballet, skilled in the field of modern dance as well which helped her to receive The School of Ballet Theatre UK Contemporary Award 2020.
Urvil takes every opportunity to hone his dance skills, travels extensively and tries to share his experience with everyone who’s interested. His mission also includes helping to change the notion of dance in India. His education includes 2 years at The Danceworx Performing Arts Academy and 6 years at Navdhara India Dance Theatre. He loves to move, adores choreography and has performed over 120 international shows as a principal dancer across various countries. Visiting St. Petersburg for studies and research and doing a performance project is another step on Urvil's path to excellence.
Shang-Jen graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in B.F.A. from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2009, majoring in ballet and choreography, and the Department of Radio and Television of National Taiwan University of Arts. Later, Yuan began his dance pedagogical study at both bachelor's and master's degree level at Anton Bruckner Private University in Austria. Yuan began his choreographic practice in 2004, and has since taken his work internationally. His works are distinguished for the integration of dance with video art, which demonstrate both dramatic power and abstraction. Yuan's vision of choreography as a synergistic practice has inspired him to produce various multimedia performances and creations. Working with universally relatable ideas, he combines the aesthetic and virtuosity of ballet technique and brings it together with dynamic contemporary movement and expressivity to create choreographies driven by theatrical intention.
Johanna started her ballet training at the age of 12 at the House of Dance under Kimberly Clarete. As a junior company dancer she trained in classical ballet, jazz, hiphop, and contemporary/modern dance. Johanna’s passion in ballet led her to train with various ballet masters and companies both locally and internationally. She attended the summer intensive programs of “GOH Ballet” in Vancouver, Canada and the “American Ballet Theatre” in New York, USA. She later continued her training with Lisa Macuja-Elizalde and Osias Barroso in the Lisa Macuja School of Ballet Manila, and eventually, was given the opportunity to train with the likes of Ronilo Jaynario, Anatoli Panasyukov of The Philippine Ballet Theatre. Currently, she is privately coached by Joseph Phillips, Victoria Vargas and Marion Ignacio. Simultaneously, she is also taking up a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Pasadena, USA. As a professional, Johanna has performed as a “guest artist” in various productions of the Philippine Ballet Theatre. She has also won various awards from ballet competitions such as the Masterpiece IBC in Singapore, Canaan Dance in Hongkong, World Ballet Arts Competition, Canada. Her most recent achievements include a Silver Medal Awardee in the World Ballet Grand Prix, and a Top 15 in the International Dance Talent Competition Italy.
Mark Anthony a company member of Ballet Philippines and has a lot of experience in various productions. Not many people can share this experience at his age (he is only 26). He has participated in Swan Lake, Romeo and Juliet, Don Quixote,Nutcracker, Neo classical works, modern dance and contemporary works in the Philippines.
Joshua lives in Manchester, UK. He has been with the Danish Blackbox Dance Company for three years, and has traveled extensively around the world giving performances and workshops. Each time he immersed himself in the culture and community he found himself in and as an artists tried to take something of the national characteristics into his dance. Joshua is currently working with Agudo Dance Company, performing one of the leading roles in their production of ‘Carmen’.
Vanessa graduated with honors from Rocky Mountain Ballet Academy in April 2021. During her studies, she has established herself as a capable student who strives to constantly improve her level of knowledge. The dancer participated in many performances and led a solo repertoire. For several years, she was a teacher's assistant in junior classes. Vanessa also actively participated in the social and cultural life of the Ballet Academy, and professors have always noted her as a highly responsible and hardworking person. Vanessa is a laureate of the Youth America Grand Prix competition, the world's largest competition for young ballet talents.She also already has experience of interacting with the cultural traditions of St. Petersburg - in 2019 she got a scholarship for studying at the Ballet Heritage St. Petersburg, Russia Summer Program.
